These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jili99 ("jili99", "we", "us", "the Platform"), operated under the domain jili99.casa. By accessing or using the jili99 platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming any bonus offer — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jili99 platform and close your account. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

jili99 is an online sports betting and live casino platform principally serving users in Malaysia. Our platform offers a range of wagering products including but not limited to sports betting (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, NBA, and other international competitions), live dealer casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), slot games, crash games, and lottery-style games. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

To register an Account and use the jili99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jili99 does not permit access to, or use of, any gambling services by persons under the age of 21. We conduct identity verification checks and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must access and use the Platform only from jurisdictions where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your country or territory of residence.
4. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
5. Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registration on behalf of another person, or using false identity information, is a material breach of these Terms.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed via the Platform or imposed by jili99 — at the time of registration or continued use.

When registering an Account on jili99, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information as required during the registration process. You are under an ongoing obligation to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jili99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials, including unauthorised access to your Account by a third party.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify jili99 immediately via our 24/7 support team. Upon receipt of notification, we will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation.

4.3 Account Ownership

Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other party. Any attempt to do so will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jili99 currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC-20). Available methods may vary from time to time and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• jili99 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of successful processing. Delays attributable to third-party payment processors are outside jili99's direct control.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. See Section 10 for full KYC requirements.
• jili99 targets processing of DuitNow and FPX withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network confirmation times.
• jili99 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending compliance, fraud, or AML investigation.
• Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately. Only Real Money Funds (and winnings derived therefrom, net of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus-generated winnings) are eligible for withdrawal.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Exchange rate risk between deposit and withdrawal is borne by the Player.

jili99 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms as published at the time of the offer, as well as the following general conditions:

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed the registration process and, where applicable, completed KYC verification.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x of the bonus amount, as specified per offer.
• Bonus offers are valid for the time period specified in the individual offer terms. Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• The maximum bet permitted while Bonus Funds are active is RM250 per bet unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are in use may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution towards wagering requirements varies by game category. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games typically contribute 10–20%. Full contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jili99 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses across separate accounts (multi-accounting), systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion between multiple Players to exploit promotional structures. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All sports betting on jili99 — including EPL match odds, Liga Super Malaysia coverage, UFC prop bets, and NBA game lines — is subject to the following general rules as well as the sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed and a Bet ID has been assigned by the Platform. Verbal or written statements of intent to wager do not constitute a valid bet.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time odds feed. jili99 reserves the right to suspend or delay in-play betting markets without prior notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, insufficient evidence to determine an outcome, technical errors in odds display, or palpable error in odds pricing.
• Mix Parlay: Mix Parlay bets combining multiple selections are subject to all selections being settled before the parlay payout is confirmed. If one or more selections are voided, the parlay will be recalculated with the voided selection removed.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies per event and per day. Current limits are displayed on the Platform and may be updated periodically.

All casino and live dealer games available on jili99 are sourced from independently licensed game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for electronic games and by physical game mechanics for live dealer titles. jili99 does not modify, interfere with, or override game outcomes under any circumstances.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the respective game studio. RTP information is available within each game's paytable or information screen.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game (disconnection, server error), bets already confirmed will be settled in accordance with the game's rules at the point of failure. No additional liability is incurred by jili99 for connection interruptions on the Player's end.
• Game history logs are maintained for a minimum of ninety (90) days and are available on request for dispute purposes.
• Progressive jackpot games are governed by the rules of the supplying studio. Jackpot amounts displayed on the Platform are indicative and may differ from the final confirmed amount at the time of the winning event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili99 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or under false identity information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or any form of mechanical or systematic wagering tool designed to exploit Platform mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, as described in Section 6.2.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent Platform rules.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose related to illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access other Players' Accounts without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to jili99 support immediately.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• Providing false KYC documents or misrepresenting your identity in any manner.

jili99 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection frameworks, we require all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed.

10.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and current address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document alongside your face.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or document confirming that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name.

10.2 Verification Timeframe

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission of all required documents. Complex cases or cases requiring additional document clarification may take longer. jili99 will notify the Player by email upon successful verification or if additional information is required.

10.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

jili99 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source of funds declarations — for Players whose transaction patterns trigger enhanced due diligence requirements. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending completion of enhanced due diligence where applicable.

jili99 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within a defined cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts to notify them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may elect to self-exclude for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 12 months, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked and no promotional communications will be sent.

jili99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Player's payment provider.
• Player request for account closure.
• jili99's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Fund balance remaining (net of any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure under all circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jili99's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the Player's Real Money Fund balance at the time the claim arises.

jili99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: platform downtime or technical failures; delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers; your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials; or changes in odds or markets after your bet has been accepted.

All intellectual property rights in and to the jili99 Platform — including the website, mobile interface, software, design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and data — are the exclusive property of jili99 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any jili99 intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering activities.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of jili99. Unauthorised use of jili99 intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jili99 is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet or game result, the Player must contact jili99 support within thirty (30) calendar days of the disputed event. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered. jili99's internal dispute resolution process shall be the first point of escalation before any external proceedings are initiated.

jili99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable prior notice will be provided to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.
